Log in as the user going to run the RemoteApp
Open "RemoteApp and Desktop Connections" in the Control Panel.
Click "Access RemoteApp and desktops"
In this dialog and click Next to load the RemoteApps

Search for Matrix Care in Start Menu, right-click and "Send to Desktop (Shortcut)
Open CMD as Administrator
Run "gpedit.msc"
Expand Local Computer Policy --> Computer Configuration --> Administrative Templates --> System --> Credentials Delegation.
Enable "Allow delegating default credentials with NTLM-only server" and "Allow delegating default credentials" as follows.
to Add servers to the list (there are no spaces)

Save and close those all up
Now run gpupdate /force in the CMD window
Now you're ready to launch the RemoteApp Matrix Care.
Check the box to skip the next dialog box for future launches. Put in the username of the user prefaced with carpenters\ and make sure you check the box to save the password. This should prevent future password requests on future launches.
I'm not sure what wiill happen after a password change, however, for the Manor, I created the following users:
manor01 through manor05 all with the password: Cupkaw51
The "manor01 - 05" usernames matches the laptop name EAC-Manor01 - 05. They will still login as "Nursing". That hasn't changed.
